Derek Aucoin is a high energy coach, entrepreneur, and executive. For over two decades now, Derek has served as a youth sports authority in designing cultural and organizational excellence worldwide. As a recognized catalyst for his critically acclaimed curriculums, grassroots programs, and training methodologies, Derek has directly impacted the lives of tens of thousands of children all across America, Canada, Asia and Europe by simply understanding the power of role models and the influence that sports have in the development of children.
Specializing in results, he has been honored by networks such as CNN, CBS and NBC for his "Game Ready" intellect and his ultimate crusade for accelerated and lasting player transformations in and out of his facilities. Derek's charitable endeavors have impressively raised over a million dollars for child-based causes and his hometown on the outskirts of Montreal, Canada has named a park in his honor in 2009 to commemorate and take note of a lifetime encompassed of achieving, building, giving, and enriching the lives of others. He's designed and coordinated sports camps and clinics for many Hall of Fame players, future Hall of Fame players and some of the biggest brands in North America.
Derek's hobbies include Kurosawa films, reading, golf, boating and hockey. He resides in Manhattan with his dog and millions of people who love sports, entertainment, business and life.
